The Story

It all started on 15 May 2004, when a Stocklinch working party was gathered to get the job started. The hall was emptied and part of the front wall removed to open up the area for the new entrance. Here's what happened ......

15 May 2004 - the story unfolds .........

As always, seating arrangements in Stocklinch Village Hall were a little cosy!

Found it!!

Although it was a sunny day, a Rainbow suddenly appeared!

Peek-a-boo!

Ever had that deja vu feeling?

Trev hadn't quite worked out that London was, in fact, the other way!

Terry practising on the Stocklinch catwalk for his next fashion show!

We all told Terry not to upset Brian!

Dave wondered if this really was the best place for the mens new toilets!!

The Committe had decided that mobile notice boards were a thing of the future.

Who did that then??

It was Brian! It was Brian!

So, as lunchtime approached,
the first jobs were complete .....

... both inside...

...and outside. So.....

We all celebrated in true Stocklinch style - with a beer!

2 June 2004 - the story continues ...

'The Professionals' move in!

Is this proof that men never put the toilet
seat down properly?!

...but ladies do!

Looking forward to being our new hall!

There's a hole in our Hall, our Hall, our Hall. There's a hole in our Hall - In our Hall, a hole!

They've got lots to fill it, to fill it, to fill it. They've got lots to fill it - but the hole's not to fill!

A peak through the door we all know so well.

Skip this!
